Services & Offerings
Grief is an important and inevitable part of the human experience; it is a transformative process. Surrendering to the process directly and with intention is the best way to get an outcome that feels whole & healed.
If you are:
Moving through grief or loss of any kind (death, relationship endings, collective/ancestral grief, identity shifts)
Supporting a dying loved one or facing mortality themselves
Navigating major life transitions or periods of uncertainty
Carrying ecological grief or anxiety about the state of the world
Integrating psychedelic or spiritually significant experiences
Seeking deeper relationship with nature, mortality, and purpose
My practice is especially attuned to complex grief, non-linear healing, and experiences that fall outside culturally supported narratives of mourning or transition.
The only thing that you need to bring is curiosity and willingness.

Death is one of the most significant moments of our lives, yet one of the least supported in modern culture. My role as a death doula is to help make a challenging time feel less overwhelming, and more sacred.
I offer emotional, practical, and ritual support before, during, and after death, helping individuals and/or families (biological and/or chosen) move through this time with intention and care.
Services include:
End-of-life planning and emotional preparation
Vigil presence and bedside support
Legacy and remembrance projects (letters, storytelling, ritual creation, memory preservation)
Personalized ritual design before and after death
Bereavement and grief support for loved ones
Areas of specialization:
Complicated or estranged parent–child relationships
Suicide loss
Eco-grief and collective grief
Ancestral and intergenerational grief
Companion animal and pet loss
Caregiver support
My approach centers dignity, consent, emotional honesty, and the understanding that death is not a medical event, but a transformational one.

Grief was never meant to be carried alone.
I facilitate community spaces where people can come together around loss, mortality, and transformation— things our culture rarely makes room for, but that shape all of our lives.
Community grief practices reduce isolation and restore our collective capacity to show up for ourselves & eachother.
I facilitate:
Grief circles
Death cafés
Workshops & talks exploring grief, ritual, and meaning-making, including:
Psychedelics for Mortality Awareness
Nature Connection for Urban Living Practice Group
Community spaces for processing collective loss, individual loss, and the reality of mortality, including:
Dead Parents Club
Grief Circle for Everything
These gatherings create gentle, structured containers where participants can speak openly about experiences that are often silenced in everyday life. Together, we explore the full breadth of these experiences: the sadness, the fear, the absurdity, the joy, or whatever else comes up, accepting it all with compassion, curiosity, and true presence.

Life continually asks us to cross thresholds— endings, beginnings, and identities we have not yet learned how to inhabit. One-on-one coaching provides sustained support for navigating these transitions with clarity, compassion, and no bullshit.
The goal is to cultivate resilience, self-trust, and the capacity to remain present during change.

Powerful experiences need integration to become meaningful change.
My psychedelic support work is grounded in rites-of-passage theory, ecopsychology, and mindfulness practice. I draw inspiration from frameworks such as those taught by the School of Lost Borders, emphasizing preparation, intentional crossing, and integration.
This work does not center peak experiences, but the slow process of integrating insight into everyday life. Book a free 30-minute consult to learn more.

Creating and enacting rituals is a universally human experience. Ritual gives form to experiences that words alone cannot hold, and creates space to honor both past influences and future hopes, while remaining grounded in the present moment.
Together, we create practices that honor transition, mark change, and reconnect you to intention.
No prior spiritual experience required. Ritual here is collaborative, creative, and rooted in lived experience rather than tradition for tradition’s sake. Book a 30-minute consult to explore.
